Where To Shop The Best House Plants In New York City

Like their closets, the homes of passersby are endlessly diverse in style. But regardless of taste in decor, one thing that so many of our favorite spaces share in common is that they have at least a few traces of greenery.

Even in the tightest of New York apartments, a strategically placed fiddleleaf fig here, or a small collection of succulents there can have a huge impact on how bright and open or dark and cramped a space feels. But where does one go to find a great selection of quality plants in the city? We asked plant-loving passersby where they shop for everything from cacti to leafy palms in New York. Click through the slideshow above to find their recommended spots.
